A bar is a stream of small orders that add up over a night: a round here, two cocktails there, a plate of olives for the table in the corner. BelloPOS keeps every table's tab open and running, lets the counter ring a pint in one tap, and prints the bill the moment a guest asks for it, all on the Windows PC behind your bar, with no internet needed.

Pick "Bar" when you set BelloPOS up and the demo database opens on beers, wines, cocktails, soft drinks and bar snacks, in your language and currency, so you can try service before typing a single product. The free lifetime licence covers sales, receipts and stock; table plans and staff apps come with a plan you buy once.

Open tabs per table

Start a tab, add rounds all evening and settle it at the end, in full or split between guests. The running total is always on screen.

One-tap rounds

Draught beers, house cocktails and softs sit on the front grid, so the busiest drinks are one press at the counter.

Stock that follows every pour

Bottles, kegs and mixers come off stock as they sell, so the night's close tells you what to reorder before the weekend.

Staff and the cash drawer

Each bartender logs in with their own PIN, roles decide who can void or discount, and the shift close counts the drawer against the till.

How a sale goes

1Open a tab for a table or ring a drink straight at the counter.
2Add rounds through the evening; the tab updates as you go.
3Send snacks to the kitchen screen or printer if you serve food.
4Split or settle the bill, take cash or card and print the ticket.
5Close the shift with a counted drawer and totals per bartender.

Questions merchants ask

Can I keep several tabs open at once?

Yes. Every table keeps its own running order, and you can move a tab to another table or split it between guests when they pay.

Is there a demo I can try with bar products?

Yes. Choose "Try with demo data" at setup, then "Bar": BelloPOS creates beers, wines, cocktails, softs and snacks for you, in your language and currency.

Does it need the internet?

No. Everything is stored on the bar's own PC, so a dropped connection on a Saturday night changes nothing.
