Coffee is a volume trade: the queue at 8am judges your till by how few taps it takes to ring a cortado and a croissant. BelloPOS puts your regulars' orders one press away, keeps the terrace tables open alongside the counter, and prints the ticket while the cup is still being made.

It runs offline on an ordinary Windows PC or Mac, so a dropped connection never turns into a paper-and-pen morning. The free lifetime licence covers everything a counter needs (sales, receipts, stock and printer setup), which makes it a real free point of sale for a cafe in Morocco, not a trial that expires.

New Zealand cafés live on the morning rush. Between 7 and 9am the queue wants a flat white, a long black and a bacon and egg pie, and it judges your till by how quickly it moves. BelloPOS does not process cards and takes no cut of your sales. Customers pay on your own bank terminal or in cash, and BelloPOS records the payment method so your totals add up at close.

BelloPOS is not connected to your EFTPOS terminal: you key the amount into the terminal and record the payment in BelloPOS. Your bank or terminal provider sets the card fees.

How fast can I ring up a coffee order?

Your top drinks sit on the front grid, so a flat white is one tap and payment is another. Options such as oat milk or a large size are set up once. The receipt prints while the coffee is being made, and nothing waits on an internet connection, because the till runs on your own computer.

Can regulars run a tab?

Yes. Customer accounts let regulars and nearby offices buy on credit and pay at the end of the week or month. You set a limit for each customer and see what they owe at any time, and the payment is recorded when they settle, by EFTPOS, cash or bank transfer.

Can brunch orders go to the kitchen?

With Pro, yes. Orders taken at the counter or on a staff phone appear on a kitchen screen on any tablet or phone browser, moving from new to in preparation to ready. No paper dockets get lost between the counter and the pass, and it all works on your local network.

Do I need a new EFTPOS terminal?

No. Keep the terminal from your bank or provider. Customers pay on it as usual and you record the payment in BelloPOS as EFTPOS, payWave or credit card. BelloPOS does not process cards and takes no fee on your sales.

Is the free plan enough for a small café?

Often, yes. Lite covers selling, receipts, stock and printers on one till, free for life. Move to Pro when you want table service, a kitchen screen, a second till or the handheld app. Pro includes the Ready-to-Sell Pack, so we add your menu and train your staff remotely.
