A phone shop sells a few expensive phones and many small accessories, and often fixes screens on the side. BelloPOS scans every box, keeps stock for each model, and remembers every customer and what they bought, so a warranty question takes seconds to answer.

For repairs, BelloPOS Pro adds Services: a numbered ticket per device with its IMEI, the fault, the quote, the parts used and a WhatsApp message when it is ready. Roles decide which staff can give discounts, and the activity log shows who did what.

How a sale goes

Every way Australians pay, recorded in one till

BelloPOS does not process cards and takes no cut of your sales. Customers pay on the EFTPOS terminal you already have from your bank or provider, or in cash, and you record each payment in BelloPOS so the day's totals add up.

Tap and go: contactless cards, phones and watches (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay)
Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards
Cash, with a cash drawer that opens on payment and a counted close at the end of the shift
Split payments, for example part cash and part card
Buy now pay later (such as Afterpay or Zip) taken through the provider, then recorded as its own payment method

Because the card is processed by your own terminal, your merchant fees stay with your bank or provider. Key the amount into the terminal, then record the payment in BelloPOS.

Questions merchants ask

Can I follow repairs in BelloPOS?

Yes. With BelloPOS Pro, the Services module gives each repair a numbered ticket with the device, IMEI, fault, quote, parts, payments and warranty, and tells the customer on WhatsApp when it is ready.

Can I see what a customer bought months ago?

Yes. Every sale is linked to the customer, so their full history is one search away.

Can I give a discount on a bundle?

Yes. You can discount one line or the whole sale on every plan, free Lite included, and with Go roles decide who is allowed to.

Does it make invoices for business customers?

Yes. Go makes numbered PDF invoices with your shop details and tax numbers.
