For a stationery shop, September is the year: parents with long lists, dozens of small items per basket, and a queue out the door. Every way Australians pay, recorded in one till
BelloPOS does not process cards and takes no cut of your sales. Customers pay on the EFTPOS terminal you already have from your bank or provider, or in cash, and you record each payment in BelloPOS so the day's totals add up.
- EFTPOS debit cards on your existing terminal
- Tap and go: contactless cards, phones and watches (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay)
- Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards
- Cash, with a cash drawer that opens on payment and a counted close at the end of the shift
- Split payments, for example part cash and part card
- Buy now pay later (such as Afterpay or Zip) taken through the provider, then recorded as its own payment method
- Bank transfer or PayID for trade and wholesale accounts
- Customer credit: let regulars buy on account, set a limit and see what each one owes
Because the card is processed by your own terminal, your merchant fees stay with your bank or provider. Key the amount into the terminal, then record the payment in BelloPOS.

Can I sell items that have no barcode?
Yes. Put them on the product grid or print your own barcode labels from BelloPOS.
Is there a demo catalogue for school supplies?
Yes. At setup choose "Try with demo data", then "School supplies", and the catalogue is created in your language and currency.
Does it work offline?
Yes, entirely. The data lives on your own PC, so the busiest week of the year never depends on the connection.
