Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the data you and your customers submit through the Service. You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.

3. Plans, Payments & Refunds

BelloPOS Lite is free. BelloPOS Go, Pro and Pro+ are sold in two ways: as a one-time (lifetime) licence, or as a monthly licence paid in advance. There is no automatic subscription, and we never charge you automatically. Licences are sold and invoiced by Rankaya Media LLC, acting as merchant of record for both owners; card payments are handled by our payment processor and your statement will show BELLOPOS. You pay the price shown on our pricing page when you buy; a one-time licence is paid in full or, for Pro+ only, in interest-free instalments agreed with us. Refunds, including our 14-day money-back guarantee, are described in our Refund & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms. We may change our prices for future purchases; a price change never affects a licence or a monthly key you have already bought. If an instalment is not paid, we may suspend the licence until it is.

4. BelloPOS Licences

BelloPOS is licensed, not sold. A one-time licence is bought once and has no time limit. Every licence, one-time or monthly, is issued per installation: the activation key we provide is tied to the machine code generated by that installation. Moving a licence to another machine is possible; contact support and we will reissue the key.

Monthly licences: a monthly key is bought in advance for the number of months you choose (1, 2, 3 or more) and unlocks the same features as the plan's one-time licence for that period. The period starts on the day the key is issued. Monthly keys do not renew automatically and nothing is charged automatically: to continue, you buy a new key, and a key bought before the current period ends continues from the end of that period, so no days are lost. When a period ends without a new key, the paid plan keeps working for a 14-day grace period, with a reminder to renew; a key bought during the grace period still starts on the day the previous period ended, because the grace period is a courtesy, not extra paid time. After the grace period, BelloPOS keeps working on the free Lite plan: your data stays on your computer and is never deleted or locked, and the paid features stop until you enter a new key or a lifetime licence. You can move from monthly keys to a lifetime licence at any time, at the price shown on our pricing page or agreed with us on WhatsApp. BelloPOS checks the date to know when a period ends; setting the computer's clock back does not extend a key.

Money-back guarantee: if you are not satisfied with a paid BelloPOS licence (Go, Pro or Pro+), one-time or monthly, ask us within 14 days of the purchase date and we refund the full price you paid for it. Every monthly key, the first one and each renewal, has its own 14 days from its purchase. The activation key is then deactivated. If you pay Pro+ in instalments, we refund the amount already paid. Before buying, you can also try the Pro features free for 7 days from inside the application.

Your plan (Lite, Go, Pro or Pro+) determines which features are unlocked; Pro+ unlocks the same features as Pro and adds setup services. Upgrading is done by issuing a new activation key. We may continue to improve the application and may change the composition of plans for future releases; features already unlocked on your installation are not removed by an update.

Because BelloPOS runs offline on your own hardware, you are responsible for the security of that device and for maintaining backups of your data. We cannot access, restore, or reconstruct data held on your installation.

You agree not to reverse engineer the application, circumvent or tamper with its activation, or redistribute it or the activation keys. By installing and using BelloPOS you also acknowledge the collection of diagnostic and usage data described in our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for making sure that your use of BelloPOS, and the receipts, invoices, records and data it produces, comply with the laws that apply to your business, including tax, fiscal cash-register, e-invoicing, bookkeeping, data-retention and consumer-protection rules. BelloPOS is a general-purpose point-of-sale and stock management tool that you run and control on your own hardware; unless we confirm otherwise in writing, it is not certified by any tax authority or certification body. Nothing on our website or in the application is legal or tax advice.

5. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service to send spam or violate WhatsApp, Meta, or shipping company policies.
• Do not upload malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
• Do not infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Comply with all applicable laws when processing your customers’ data.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and trademarks, is owned jointly by BelloCloud LLC and Rankaya Media LLC and protected by law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. You retain ownership of the data and content you submit.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither BelloCloud LLC nor Rankaya Media LLC is liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total combined liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after any legally required retention period.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, where both BelloCloud LLC and Rankaya Media LLC are registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the competent courts of New Mexico, unless the mandatory consumer law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

10. Changes & Contact
