Coffee is a volume trade: the queue at 8am judges your till by how few taps it takes to ring a cortado and a croissant. BelloPOS puts your regulars' orders one press away, keeps the terrace tables open alongside the counter, and prints the ticket while the cup is still being made.

Everything runs over your own Wi-Fi, so an internet cut does not stop service.

Behind the counter, BelloPOS tracks what you buy and use: coffee beans, milk, sugar, flour and bottled drinks come off stock as items sell, so you reorder from real numbers. From a pastry shop in Piassa or Bole to a café near the lake in Hawassa or in Mekelle, each cashier and waiter signs in as themselves and only the owner can void items. Ares AI tells you which hours are busiest. If your café must issue receipts from an accredited sales register machine or electronic system, keep it at the counter; BelloPOS does not replace it.
