A car wash runs on queues: cars arriving one after another, a detailing job booked for 10 o’clock, a van that takes twice as long. BelloPOS Services gives each car a ticket with its plate, the vehicle size (car, SUV, van or motorbike), what was left inside, the notes and the staff member on it, whether it was booked or just drove in.
Exterior washes, interior cleaning, full detailing and polishing are your service types, each with its own colour on the list and the calendar. Statuses go from booked and confirmed to in progress, ready and done, with no-shows marked. Products used can come off stock, and payment goes into the same cash drawer as the shop. It is part of BelloPOS Pro and works offline.

How Ethiopia pays, and how you record it
BelloPOS does not process payments and is not connected to telebirr, CBE Birr, M-Pesa, banks or card machines. The customer pays the way they always do, and you pick the payment method on the sale in BelloPOS, so every sale shows how it was paid. You can add your own payment methods to match how your shop gets paid.
- Cash in birr, with change shown on screen and a cash drawer
- telebirr, recorded as its own payment method
- CBE Birr and transfers from bank mobile apps, each added as a payment method
- M-Pesa Ethiopia and other mobile wallets
- Bank cards on your bank's own POS terminal, where you have one

Because BelloPOS does not read your telebirr or bank statements, check the sales recorded under each method against the wallet or bank statement at closing. A gap usually means a payment was recorded under the wrong method.
Questions merchants ask
Can I take walk-ins and bookings?
Yes. A ticket can have an appointment time or none at all, and both appear in the list; booked ones also show on the calendar.
Can I record a no-show?
Yes. No-show is one of the statuses, kept in the ticket’s history.
Can I sell products too?
Yes. The till sells air fresheners, cloths and anything else as normal sales, apart from the wash tickets.
