In an electronics shop a single missing phone is a week's margin, and the customer who buys a laptop expects a proper invoice. BelloPOS keeps stock per model, scans each box at the counter, attaches the sale to the customer and prints a receipt or a PDF invoice, on your shop's Windows PC or Mac, with no internet needed.
Pick "Electronics store" at setup and the demo database opens on phones, computers, audio, TV and accessories, in your language and currency. Supplier purchases bring new models in at their real cost, so the margin on each sale, and on the case and screen protector sold with it, is always visible.

How Uganda pays, and how you record it
BelloPOS does not process payments and is not connected to MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, banks or card machines. The customer pays the way they always do, and you pick the payment method on the sale, so every sale shows how it was paid. You can add your own payment methods to match how your shop gets paid.
- Cash in shillings, with change shown on screen and a cash drawer
- MTN MoMo, including MoMoPay merchant payments, added as its own method
- Airtel Money, including Airtel Money Pay, added as another method
- Bank app transfers and agency banking deposits
- Debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) on your own bank card machine
- Any other method you take, added by you in a few clicks
- Credit for regulars, settled at month-end or on payday (Go plan)
- Accounts settled later by bank transfer for schools, hotels and NGOs (Go plan)
Because BelloPOS does not read your mobile money statements, check the sales recorded as MoMo and Airtel Money against your merchant statements at closing. A gap usually means a payment was recorded under the wrong method.

Can a customer pay part now and the rest later?
Yes. Record the amount paid; the sale keeps the remaining balance until it is settled.
Is there an electronics demo catalogue?
Yes. Choose "Try with demo data" then "Electronics store" at setup to get phones, computers, audio and accessories ready to sell.
Where is my data stored?
On your own PC in the shop. Nothing is sent to a cloud, and the app keeps working without internet.
