In a shoe store the question is always the same: do we have it in a 42? BelloPOS keeps each size and colour of a model as its own item, with its own stock and its own barcode label, so the answer is on the screen before the customer finishes asking.

How a sale goes

How Uganda pays, and how you record it

BelloPOS does not process payments and is not connected to MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, banks or card machines. The customer pays the way they always do, and you pick the payment method on the sale, so every sale shows how it was paid. You can add your own payment methods to match how your shop gets paid.

Because BelloPOS does not read your mobile money statements, check the sales recorded as MoMo and Airtel Money against your merchant statements at closing. A gap usually means a payment was recorded under the wrong method.

How do I handle sizes in BelloPOS?

Create each size (and colour) as its own item. Each one has its own stock and barcode, so you always know exactly which sizes are left.

Can I print barcode labels?

Yes. Print labels for any item from inventory and scan them at the till.

Can I run a seasonal sale?

Yes. Discount a line or the whole sale on any plan, free Lite included; you can also change prices before the sale starts.

Does it work on a Mac?

Yes. BelloPOS runs on Windows and on Mac (macOS 12 or later).
