Pet shops sell to regulars: the same food every few weeks, a new toy, a bigger collar as the puppy grows. BelloPOS remembers every customer and what they buy, so you can tell them when their usual bag is back, and it sells food by the bag or by weight.

Accessories get barcode labels, stock alerts warn you before the favourite brands run out, and purchases from suppliers bring stock back in. Everything runs on your own computer, and nothing is ever charged automatically.

How a sale goes

1Scan the item, or weigh the food and enter the weight.
2Pick the customer to keep their history.
3Take payment or put it on their account.

How Uganda pays, and how you record it

BelloPOS does not process payments and is not connected to MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, banks or card machines. The customer pays the way they always do, and you pick the payment method on the sale, so every sale shows how it was paid. You can add your own payment methods to match how your shop gets paid.

Because BelloPOS does not read your mobile money statements, check the sales recorded as MoMo and Airtel Money against your merchant statements at closing. A gap usually means a payment was recorded under the wrong method.
