How to install

    Wait for the download

    The file is called “BelloPOS installer”. You can see it at the top of your browser, or in your Downloads folder.

    Open the file

    Click on the file one time. It opens.

    A blue window? That is OK

    Windows shows this for new apps. Click “More info”. Then click “Run anyway”.

    Click “Yes”

    Windows asks if BelloPOS can install. Click “Yes”.

    Click “Next”, then “Install”

    Keep the box ticked to get an icon on your desktop. Click “Next”, then “Install”. Wait a little.

    Click “Finish”. Done!

    BelloPOS opens by itself. You can start selling. Next time, open it from the icon on your desktop.

    Open the downloaded file

    The file is called “BelloPOS.dmg”. Open it from your browser's downloads, or double-click it in your Downloads folder.

    Drag BelloPOS to Applications

    A window opens. Drag the BelloPOS icon onto the Applications folder and let go. It copies in a few seconds.

    Open BelloPOS

    Open your Applications folder and double-click BelloPOS. The first time, your Mac says “BelloPOS Not Opened”. That is normal: click “Done” and go to the next step.

    Click “Open Anyway”, just once

    Open System Settings › Privacy & Security. Scroll down to the Security section and click “Open Anyway”. Type your Mac password, then click “Open Anyway” again. Your Mac asks this only the first time, because BelloPOS comes straight from us and not from the App Store. Updates never ask again. On macOS 12 to 14 you can also right-click BelloPOS and choose “Open”.

    Click “Allow”. Done!

    The first time, your Mac may ask if BelloPOS can use your Documents folder. Click “Allow”: your shop data is kept there, in a folder called “bellopos”. BelloPOS updates itself, and you can start selling.

    Download the APK on your tablet

    Open this page on the tablet and tap Download. The file is about 70 MB.

    Allow the install

    When Android asks, allow “Install unknown apps” for your browser, then go back.

    Install and open BelloPOS

    Tap Install, then Open. BelloPOS is ready to sell.

    Updates come by themselves

    BelloPOS downloads each new version itself and asks you: Install now, or Later.

After installing

  • BelloPOS Lite is free. You do not need a key. Just start selling.
  • Bought Go or Pro? Type your activation key in the app. We send it to you on WhatsApp.
