In a jewelry store every piece counts. BelloPOS gives each piece its own barcode label and stock, so a count at closing tells you exactly what is in the window and what is in the safe. Your data stays on your own computer, not on someone else’s server.

How a sale goes

How Canadians pay, and how BelloPOS records it

Keep the payment terminal you already have from your bank or processor. BelloPOS records every method next to the sale, so your end-of-day totals match what landed in the bank.

Interac debit, inserted or tapped
Tap to pay with a card, phone or watch (Apple Pay, Google Pay)
Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards
Cash, with change worked out at the till
Interac e-Transfer for deposits and invoiced orders

BelloPOS does not process card payments itself and is not connected to Moneris, Square or any other processor. You take the card on your own terminal and select the method in BelloPOS.

Can customers pay in instalments?

Yes. With Go, the unpaid part stays on the customer’s account, with a statement of every payment.

Can I see who deleted or discounted a sale?

Yes. The activity log shows who did what and when, and roles decide who is allowed to.

Where is my data kept?

On your own computer. Nothing is sent to us, and Go makes automatic backups.

Can I price gold by weight?

You can sell any item by weight at a price per gram. Update the price per gram when the gold price changes.
