A parapharmacy carries hundreds of close references (the same cream in three sizes, the same brand across ten ranges) and customers who come back for exactly what they bought last time. BelloPOS scans each box at the counter, keeps products organised by category, and remembers what each customer bought, on the Windows PC or Mac in your shop, with no internet needed.

Choose "Parapharmacy" at setup and the demo database opens on dermo-cosmetics, baby and mother care, hygiene, supplements and first aid, in your language and currency. Stock alerts flag the references that are running low, so the best-selling sunscreen is never missing in July.

How a sale goes

Every way your customers pay

Ghanaians pay with cash and mobile money every day, with cards and bank transfers for bigger amounts. You add the payment methods your shop takes, and each sale in BelloPOS records how it was paid, while the money itself goes through MoMo, your bank's terminal or your bank account.

BelloPOS does not connect to mobile money, card terminals or banks, and it does not process payments. The customer pays through MoMo, your terminal or a transfer, you confirm the money has arrived, then you record the method and amount in BelloPOS.

Questions merchants ask

Can I track the same product in several sizes?

Yes. Each size is its own product with its own barcode, price and stock, grouped under the same category.

Is there a demo parapharmacy catalogue?

Yes. Pick "Try with demo data" and then "Parapharmacy" at setup: skincare, baby care, hygiene, supplements and first aid are created for you.

What does it cost?

Lite is free for life with checkout, stock and barcodes. Paid plans add purchases and more, sold for life or by the month.
