BelloPOS runs entirely on the Windows PC or Mac at your counter: orders, tables, the kitchen screen and printed receipts all work with the connection unplugged, because nothing has to leave the building to be saved.

Lay out your rooms and terrace, seat a party, and keep every table's running total in front of you. Move a bill between tables, or split it between diners, without restarting the order.

Kitchen orders that arrive instantly

Send each course straight to a kitchen screen or printer as it is taken. Cooks see what is waiting and what is ready, so the pass and the floor stop shouting at each other.

Receipt printer support

Print the ticket on a 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printer, or on any printer your computer already uses. Customise the header, add your ICE and tax lines, and export an invoice to PDF when a customer asks for one.

Staff accounts and permissions

Give every waiter their own login and decide exactly what each role can see: who can void a line, apply a discount, or open the cash drawer, and what appears in the day's totals.

A POS system for chop bars, restaurants and fast food joints

Lunchtime at a busy chop bar leaves no room for a slow counter or a lost order. BelloPOS Pro gives you a table plan, sends each order to a kitchen printer or screen, and lets servers take orders at the table on their own phones over your shop's Wi-Fi. Each table keeps its own bill until the guests pay, and the sale records whether it was cash, MoMo or card. Because the whole system runs on the PC in your restaurant, a dropped network or a power cut with a UPS in place does not stop service. The kitchen keeps cooking and the counter keeps taking money.

Every way your customers pay

Ghanaians pay with cash and mobile money every day, with cards and bank transfers for bigger amounts. You add the payment methods your shop takes, and each sale in BelloPOS records how it was paid, while the money itself goes through MoMo, your bank's terminal or your bank account.

BelloPOS does not connect to mobile money, card terminals or banks, and it does not process payments. The customer pays through MoMo, your terminal or a transfer, you confirm the money has arrived, then you record the method and amount in BelloPOS.

Restaurant and chop bar POS questions

Which plan do I need for a restaurant?

Pro. It adds the restaurant module with tables, kitchen printing or a kitchen screen, a bill for each table, extra counters and the phone app for servers. It also includes our Ready-to-Sell Pack, so we set everything up remotely and train your staff. You can try every Pro feature free for 7 days before you decide.

Can servers take orders on their phones?

Yes. With Pro, servers open the BelloPOS cashier web app on their own phones, connected to your restaurant's Wi-Fi. They pick the table, add dishes and send the order straight to the kitchen. It works over your local network, so it keeps going when the internet is down.

Does it work when the network or power goes off?

BelloPOS does not need the internet to take orders, print kitchen tickets or close bills. If the main PC, router and printers are on a UPS or inverter, service carries on through a power cut, and the servers' phones stay connected over the local Wi-Fi. Only Ares AI and plan activation need the internet.

Can I track drinks and ingredients?

Yes. Every drink and dish can be a stock item, so crates of minerals and beer go down with each sale and up with each delivery. Low-stock alerts tell you what to reorder, and reports show what sold, so you can spot missing stock quickly. Purchase orders help you check what suppliers deliver.

Is BelloPOS approved by GRA for restaurant receipts?

No. BelloPOS is not certified or accredited by GRA and does not issue E-VAT receipts or any electronic fiscal document. Its receipts are for your customers and your own records. If your restaurant is VAT-registered, issue VAT receipts through GRA's E-VAT system and use BelloPOS for orders, stock and reports. Ask your accountant what applies to you.
