An appliance store sells fewer items, but each one matters: a fridge, a washing machine or an air conditioner is often paid in several goes and delivered later. BelloPOS records the sale against the customer, takes a deposit, tracks the balance and prints a proper invoice, on the Windows PC or Mac in your showroom, with no internet needed.
Choose "Home appliances" at setup and the demo database opens on large appliances, kitchen appliances, home care, air conditioning and personal care, in your language and currency. Supplier purchases bring stock in at real cost, so the reports show which ranges actually make money.

Cash, UPI, cards and udhaar on one bill
Indian customers pay in many ways, often on the same day at the same counter. BelloPOS records how every bill was paid, and you can add your own payment methods, so the bill history shows cash, UPI, card or udhaar for each sale.

- Debit and credit cards on your bank's card machine
- Udhaar on the customer's khata, with a credit limit and statement (Go and above)
- Bank transfer by NEFT, IMPS or RTGS for trade and wholesale buyers
- Cheque, recorded against the customer's account
- Any other method you add yourself, such as meal vouchers or a delivery platform
BelloPOS records the payment method on each bill; it does not connect to UPI apps, payment gateways or card machines. Customers pay on your own UPI QR or card terminal as they do today, and you count the cash drawer at closing. Prices are shown and billed in Indian rupees (₹).
Questions merchants ask
Can I follow what customers still owe?
Yes. Each sale keeps its amount paid and remaining balance, and customer accounts show everything outstanding.
Is there a demo appliance catalogue?
Yes. At setup choose "Try with demo data", then "Home appliances", and BelloPOS creates a full catalogue in your language and currency.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Lite is free for life. Paid plans are a one-time licence, or monthly keys you buy only when you need them, with no automatic renewal.
