Free POS for fashion and clothing stores

In fashion the product is never one thing: it is a size, a colour and a season, and the stock question is always "which one is left?". BelloPOS keeps each variant as its own line with its own barcode, so scanning at the till tells you exactly what walked out of the shop and what is still on the rail.

Everything runs on the shop's Windows PC or Mac with no connection required, and it is free to start: the lifetime Lite licence covers selling, receipts, barcode labels and stock. Product variants (sizes and colours grouped under one product) come with Go and the plans above it, and you can try them free in the 7-day trial; those plans, paid once or month by month, also bring purchase orders, supplier costs and invoice exports.

Cash, UPI, cards and udhaar on one bill

Indian customers pay in many ways, often on the same day at the same counter. BelloPOS records how every bill was paid, and you can add your own payment methods, so the bill history shows cash, UPI, card or udhaar for each sale.

UPI through your own QR code (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM and other UPI apps)
Debit and credit cards on your bank's card machine
Udhaar on the customer's khata, with a credit limit and statement (Go and above)
Bank transfer by NEFT, IMPS or RTGS for trade and wholesale buyers
Cheque, recorded against the customer's account
Any other method you add yourself, such as meal vouchers or a delivery platform

BelloPOS records the payment method on each bill; it does not connect to UPI apps, payment gateways or card machines. Customers pay on your own UPI QR or card terminal as they do today, and you count the cash drawer at closing. Prices are shown and billed in Indian rupees (₹).

Questions merchants ask

How are sizes and colours handled?

Each size and colour is its own item with its own barcode and its own stock count, grouped under the product, so you always know which variant is left, not just how many of the style. Variants are on Go and up (and in the free trial); on Lite you can still create each size as its own product.

Can I print labels for a new collection?

Yes. Generate barcodes for the new lines and print the labels in your own label size, several to a sheet.

Does it need internet?

No. The till, stock and receipts all run on the shop's PC. A dropped connection has no effect on selling.
