Kitchen orders that arrive instantly

Send each course straight to a kitchen screen or printer as it is taken. Cooks see what is waiting and what is ready, so the pass and the floor stop shouting at each other.

Receipt printer support

Print the ticket on a 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printer, or on any printer your computer already uses. Customise the header, add your ICE and tax lines, and export an invoice to PDF when a customer asks for one.

Staff accounts and permissions

Give every waiter their own login and decide exactly what each role can see: who can void a line, apply a discount, or open the cash drawer, and what appears in the day's totals.

Restaurant billing software for Indian restaurants and dhabas

Lunch and dinner rush in an Indian restaurant leaves no time for a slow screen. With BelloPOS Pro, you draw your floor plan, open a table, and add dishes from a grid of your menu. Each order prints as a KOT on the kitchen printer or shows on a kitchen screen, and the captain can add a second round from his phone without walking back to the counter. When guests ask for the bill, it is ready to print. Takeaway and parcel orders run from the same screen.

Everything runs on a PC in your restaurant, so billing continues when the broadband goes down in the middle of a Saturday night in Mumbai or Jaipur. Put your restaurant's name, address and phone number in the bill header; GST invoicing and any composition wording are matters to settle with your CA. At closing, count the cash drawer and see sales by dish, by table and by staff member, so you know which items earn and where the cash went.

Cash, UPI, cards and udhaar on one bill

Indian customers pay in many ways, often on the same day at the same counter. BelloPOS records how every bill was paid, and you can add your own payment methods, so the bill history shows cash, UPI, card or udhaar for each sale.

BelloPOS records the payment method on each bill; it does not connect to UPI apps, payment gateways or card machines. Customers pay on your own UPI QR or card terminal as they do today, and you count the cash drawer at closing. Prices are shown and billed in Indian rupees (₹).

Does BelloPOS print KOTs?

Yes, with Pro. Orders taken at the counter or on a waiter's phone go straight to a kitchen printer as a KOT, or to a kitchen screen if you prefer. Each round on a table is sent separately, so the kitchen sees only what is new. Billing, the kitchen and waiter phones connect over your restaurant's own network, so this works without internet.

Can I keep several tables and parcel orders open at once?

Yes. Each table keeps its own running bill, and takeaway or parcel orders run from the same screen, so the cashier can serve the counter while tables are still eating. Each round is added to the right table, and when guests are ready the bill prints and the sale records whether it was paid by cash, UPI or card.

Does it connect to Zomato or Swiggy?

No. BelloPOS does not pull orders from Zomato, Swiggy or other delivery apps automatically. You can still enter delivery orders as a separate order type and record which platform they came from, so your reports show how much each channel sells. The platform's own tablet or dashboard remains where you accept and track those orders.

What GST do restaurants charge, and can BelloPOS handle it?

According to the GST Council, stand-alone restaurants generally charge 5% GST without input tax credit, and composition restaurants issue a bill of supply without collecting tax. BelloPOS bills are sales receipts, not GST tax invoices or bills of supply, and BelloPOS does not calculate GST for you. Rules differ for restaurants in hotels and for outdoor catering, so confirm your rate and documents with your CA.

Which plan does a restaurant need?

Pro. It includes the table plan, KOT printing, kitchen screens, extra billing counters and the waiter app on phones, along with the Ready-to-Sell Pack, where we set up remotely, add your menu and train your staff.
