Coffee is a volume trade: the queue at 8am judges your till by how few taps it takes to ring a cortado and a croissant. BelloPOS puts your regulars' orders one press away, keeps the terrace tables open alongside the counter, and prints the ticket while the cup is still being made.

It runs offline on an ordinary Windows PC or Mac, so a dropped connection never turns into a paper-and-pen morning. The free lifetime licence covers everything a counter needs (sales, receipts, stock and printer setup), which makes it a real free point of sale for a cafe in Morocco, not a trial that expires.

How Tanzania pays, and how you record it

BelloPOS does not process payments and is not connected to any mobile money network, bank or card machine. The customer pays the way they always do, and you pick the payment method on the sale, so every sale shows how it was paid. You can add your own payment methods to match how your shop gets paid.

Cash in shillings, with change shown on screen and a cash drawer
M-Pesa (Vodacom) to your Lipa number, added as its own payment method
Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money and HaloPesa, each added as a payment method
Bank app and mobile banking transfers, added as another method
Visa and Mastercard on your bank's own card machine
Any other method you take, added by you in a few clicks
Credit for regular customers, settled at month-end (Go plan)
Accounts settled later by bank transfer for schools, lodges and offices (Go plan)

Because BelloPOS does not read your mobile money statements, check the sales recorded under each wallet against the M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa or Airtel Money messages and statements at closing. A gap usually means a payment was recorded under the wrong method.

How fast is an order?

Your top sellers are one tap on the product grid, payment is a second, and the receipt prints while the drink is made. Nothing waits on a network call.

Can I run the terrace on tabs and the counter on instant payment?

Yes. Open tabs for tables and take immediate payment at the counter, in the same till and the same day's totals.

What does it cost?

The Lite plan is free for life. Paid plans add purchases, table service and the customer screen, and are sold as a lifetime licence or month by month, with no automatic renewal.
