Sales reports that answer real questions

A register that only takes money leaves you guessing at closing time. BelloPOS keeps every sale, with its lines, its payment method, its cashier and its time, and turns that into the numbers a shop actually runs on: the day's total, the best sellers, the margin per product, the split between cash and card, and how each register and each member of staff performed.

The reports run on the same PC as the register, over your own data, so they are ready the second the shift closes and work with the internet down. Sales history is in Lite; the analytics dashboard, with its filters and exports, starts with Go; Pro adds scheduled delivery by e-mail or Telegram. Every paid plan is a lifetime license, or monthly keys with no commitment.

What it does

The day, closed properly

Totals per shift, per payment method and per user, against a counted drawer, so the end of the day is a check rather than a hope.

Best sellers and dead stock

See what moves and what has not moved in weeks, by quantity and by revenue, and let the order list follow the evidence.

Margins, not just turnover

With cost prices recorded, every line shows what it earned. The biggest seller and the biggest earner are rarely the same product.

Print it or export it

Take a report to the printer, or export the figures when your accountant asks for the month in a file.

How it works, step by step

  1. 1Sell as usual; every line, payment and user is recorded.
  2. 2Close the shift with a counted drawer and read the day's totals.
  3. 3Check best sellers and slow lines over the week or the month.
  4. 4Read margins per product, using the cost prices from your deliveries.
  5. 5Print or export what your accountant needs.

Questions merchants ask

Do reports work offline?

Yes. They are computed on the shop's PC from your own data, so they are available instantly and do not depend on a connection.

Can I see sales per cashier?

Yes. Every sale records who made it, so totals per user and per shift come out of the same history.

Which reports are free?

Sales history is in Lite, where the reports screen only shows a sample. Go unlocks the analytics dashboard with filters and exports. Pro adds scheduled e-mail and Telegram delivery.

Can I track expenses and salaries?

Yes, from Go. The Reports page records the shop's running costs by day or month in your own categories, and the salaries you pay each employee, bonuses included. Both come with charts and export to CSV, Excel or PDF.

Other BelloPOS features

Every module, one page each.

All features

Touchscreen POS software

The register screen your staff will actually use: one tap per item, one second per payment, and nothing waiting on a connection.

Stock management software

Every sale and every delivery moves the count, so what the screen says is what is actually on the shelf.

Barcode and label software

Any scanner works out of the box, and anything without a barcode gets one you print yourself.

Invoicing and receipt software

A thermal ticket for the queue, a proper PDF invoice for the customer who asks, both out of the same sale.

Customer management software

Know who is in front of you, what they bought last time, and the details their next invoice needs.

Customer credit and account statements

Set the limit before the sale, follow every debit and payment, and hand the customer a statement that adds up.

Purchasing and supplier software

Record what arrived and what you paid, then let stock, cost prices and supplier history update together.

Restaurant POS software

The floor, the pass and the bill on one system, still running when the line goes down mid service.

Repair & service business software

A phone left for repair, a haircut booked for 10 o'clock, a leak to fix at a customer's: one ticket per job, one number, nothing lost.

Offline POS software

Not an offline mode that catches up later: the software simply runs where your shop is.

Multi-register POS software

One PC holds the data, the other terminals talk to it over your own network, and nothing leaves the building.

Staff accounts and permissions

Everyone gets their own login, each role gets exactly the buttons it should have, and the history says who did what.
